Lovely hotel in quiet area of Nakano Room was comfortable size Staff always happy and cheery Always looked forward to breakfast having a good variety of Asian/European foods. Little tokens for free drink each day were not given this time sadly.

Tranquil surroundings.Lovely views of the mountains The staff were helpful and always cheerful. Rooms were very clean.Breakfast was varied with a good mix of Japanese and Western foods. Overall a lovely country hotel.

Conveniently located. Decent buffet style breakfast with mostly Japanese style and some western food.

Breakfast was fine and can be organised on arrival. Handy for through travel and well staffed.
